• It holds stubborn baby hair and fly-away hair in place firmly but comfortably to make styling and cutting easier.
• It makes the hair extension application process easier as it keeps the sectioned hair clean and away.
• Does not cause any damage to hair, as it is easily removed from the hair.
• Can be used on both dry hair and damp hair.

How to use hair grippers:

You can use the grippers during hair coloring, cutting, braiding, styling and fitting hair extensions.

After sectioning the hair in your preferred way, hold the hair you want to clip away and press the hair gripper by sliding it with the direction of the hair you want to clip away. 

How to remove the hair grippers:

For the removal, lightly pull the gripper in the direction of the hair and let go. 

How to cleaning Zen's Velcro hair grippers:

You can clean the Velcro hair grippers in two ways

1. Wash the gripper with water and soap gently, and then pat dry with a towel and leave to dry.
2. You may also use a disinfectant solution and soak the grippers in it for no more than 10 minutes.

Refunds & Returns:

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

Incorrect orders or undelivered items due to extreme circumstances such as natural disasters or global epidemics.

All eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Order Refusals:

If an order is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all associated fees, including shipping, customs, and any return-related costs. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
