How long do Zen's Nano Weft Hair Extensions last?

Our Nano Weft Extension can last up to 1.5 to 2 years with regular visits to the salon for maintenance and a proper aftercare routine.

• Your aftercare products should be hair extension friendly  hair products that are free of sulfate, paraben, silicone, and alcohol.
• Wash your Nano weft hair extensions once or twice a week with lukewarm water.
• Always use a heat protectant spray before styling your nano weft hair extension.
• Use a Zen Hair's  Paddle Brush to regularly brush out any tangles that may have occurred during the day.
• Get regular trims for your Nano weft hair extension at the salon to get rid of any damaged, dead or split ends.

We offer flexible payment options for residents in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait , Qatar

• Tabby - Pay in 4 installments. First payment is 25% of the total amount, with the remainder split over the next 3 months.

• Tamara: Pay in 3 installments. First payment is 33% of the total amount, with the remainder split over the next 2 months.

Jordan:

Pay in installments through Bank of Jordan, Etihad Bank, or Arab Bank with a credit card.

Free Shipping for orders above 216 AED.

We offer express shipping for a fee of 30 AED with delivery within 1-2 business days.

Refunds & Returns:

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

Incorrect orders or undelivered items due to extreme circumstances such as natural disasters or global epidemics.

All eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Order Refusals:

If an order is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all associated fees, including shipping, customs, and any return-related costs. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
