Our tape in extension remover spray is fast-acting and completely pain-free, making the removal of your tape in extensions super easy and quick.

Zen Hair's tape in extension remover is made specifically for removing our tape extensions.

• Will not cause your hair and hair extensions to become dry, frizzy or brittle.

How to Use:

1. Start by spraying a generous amount of the tape in extensions remover spray on top and under the tape in extensions.
2. Allow it to sit for about 30 seconds.
3. Using a tail comb, insert the thin tail part of the comb between the two pieces of the tape extensions and carefully slide down, separating them.
4. You can now carefully pull the pieces apart.
5. Feel free to spray more of the tape in extension remover on the bonds should you feel that the extensions are too sticky to pull apart.
6. Spray more of the remover, and continue pulling the extensions apart by massaging the sticky area with your finder.
7. After removing the tape in extensions from the hair, make sure that there is no adhesive residue left on the hair.
8. If there is some residue left, spray a bit of the remover and comb through the hair, until there is no residue left.
9. Wash the tape in extensions and hair with shampoo and conditioner after the removal process.
10. Dry both hair and hair extensions. Do not forget to use heat protectant.
11. Re-apply the tape in extensions using Zen's re-taping tabs - Trax.

Your hair extensions should be removed and reapplied every 2 or 2.5 months for maintenance.

Refunds & Returns:

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

Incorrect orders or undelivered items due to extreme circumstances such as natural disasters or global epidemics.

If an order is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all associated fees, including shipping, customs, and any return-related costs. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
