Section a small strand of hair
Start with clean, dry hair washed with a clarifying shampoo and free of oils or conditioner. Part a small "7"-shaped section the same size as the keratin tip, near the roots, and clip the rest up.

Melt the keratin bond & roll it around your hair
Using the dedicated heat connector tool, warm the bond until it softens near the roots — without touching the scalp — then roll the softened keratin around your hair strand and shape it with your fingertips until it cools into a strong, natural bond. No metal clamp needed.
