Use:

1. After washing your hair with shampoo, squeeze the excess water from your hair.
2. Apply a generous amount of Zen Hair's Conditioner in the palm of your hands.
3. Start applying the conditioner from the mid-length of the hair extensions all the way to the ends.
4. Do not apply the conditioner on your roots, near the bonds.
   This will cause your (tape-in) extensions to loosen and slip after a while.
5. Leave the conditioner on for about 5 minutes.
6. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

If an order is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all associated fees, including shipping, customs, and any return-related costs. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
